Continuous Care
Extended, multi-shift care for clients who need sustained daily support — without the compromises of a live-in arrangement. Continuous Care is common among families managing post-hospitalization recovery following a stay at Eisenhower Health or Desert Regional, progressive neurological conditions, or advanced care needs requiring professional oversight throughout the day and night.
