Continuous Care
Extended, multi-shift care for clients who need sustained daily support — without the compromises of a live-in arrangement. Continuous Care is common among families in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks managing post-hospitalization recovery, progressive neurological conditions, or advanced care needs that require professional oversight throughout the day and night.
